Barbell Collars for Weightlifting Chain

The Valor Fitness LC-1 Lifting Chain Collars for Olympic Barbells are designed to securely grip the bar and to hold weights in place to prevent shifting when exercising. Solid Steel pin runs through bottom of collar and is easily removed to add Valor Fitness Bumper Plates. Simply twist the pin in the center of the collar to tighten.

• SECURE: 2.5” collar constructed from chrome plated solid steel, designed to securely grip the bar and to hold weights in place to prevent shifting when exercising. Simply twist the pin in the center of the collar to tighten.
• CHAIN LOCKING PINS: Solid steel pin runs through bottom of collar and is easily removed to add chains. Steel chains can also be added for increased resistance, time under tension, and workout intensity.
• UNIQUE STRENGTH TRAINING: Can be used with chains to increase concentric resistance of dynamic movements such as squats, bench press, and deadlifts when lifted off the floor and decrease resistance when lowered.
• ADDITIONAL: Sold as a pair. Perfect for do it yourselfers – does not include chains, but are included with purchase of the Valor Fitness LC-53 Weight Lifting Chains. Other chains can be bought at your local store and added to collars.
